Junior School plant wild flowers

Over the winter months children from the Junior School had been growing wild flowers from seeds planted in trays. This was the morning that their work came to fruition as those seedlings were planted out in the orchard.

It was a great morning enjoyed by all those who took part and wonderful to see the schools have such a positive and encouraging attitude to getting children involved in growing things from an early age. We at HICOP are delighted to have children from the local schools contributing to the success of the orchard and we hope that their involvement will continue for many years to come.
